Join the Choir!

All singers, high school through adult, are welcome to be a part of our choir. Rehearsals are every Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. (immediately following the Connect Service). Preparations are being made for our Easter production. If you need childcare during rehearsals, please let us know in advance. =

Easter is Coming!

Plans are underway for a big Ea= ster event on April 2, 3 & 4. We will need singers, dancers, and actors = of all ages, as well as stage and tech crew. If you are interested or would like to know more, contact Kerry Huffer at the church.

GROW on Wednesday evenings!

Imagine what your life would be like if you had absolute confidence that there really is a God, He is personal and knows everything about you, and He will be with you to gui= de you over, around, and through everything that comes your way. We call t= hat confidence FAITH. On Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m., we are looking at the thi= ngs God uses to grow our FAITH. This coming Wednesday’s service will = be a special time of praise. Kids in Grades K-5 are involved in MUSIC= MANIA during the adult service. They are working on their Spring Musical. Nursery is provided.

To assist you in making practic= al application of the things James McCracken is talking about in this month’s sermon series, we have provided a special guide with three topics for each week. Pick up this week’s guide at the Welcome Center today, and watch for new guides next Sunday. James recommends that those who missed previous messages purchase a DVD and pick up the weekly guide to go with it in t= he Book Rack.

Celebrate Recovery large group meetings are on Thursdays at 6:00 p.m. New step groups are starting soon for both men and women. Please register in the Book Rack.

Your Change Can Change A Life!<= o:p>

Kids don’t have to live i= n a third-world country to suffer from hunger! Seventy-four percent o= f Muskogee̵= 7;s inner-city children are eligible for free or reduced lunches. Through the Backpack Program we provide packets of food for children at Cherokee School and Parkview School who are at risk for hav= ing nothing or very little to eat over the weekend. Envelopes for donations= are under the chairs in the worship center and in the Book Rack. Donations = may be turned in at the Book Rack.

Upcoming Teen Activities

CIY <= span style=3D'font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>Parent Meeting, today after the 10:35 a.m. service. This informational meeting will only take about twenty minutes and will be held at the front of the auditorium on the left side. This is for all parents = of students in grades 8-12 who are interested in attending CIY= <= span style=3D'font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>“= ;Move” this summer.
Christ in Youth Jr. High Believe Conference for 6th-8th graders is this Friday and Saturday. Please make final payments this Wednesday and have your child here= for Believe no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Payments may be made in= the Book Rack.
CIY <= span style=3D'font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>“= ;Move” Conference (Grades 9-12) will be June 25-July 2 in Durango, Colorado. A $50.00 deposit is due today. Please pay in the Book Rack or give your money to a youth sponsor.
Kingdom United is March 5= -6. This is an area-wide discipleship weekend for all students in Juni= or and Senior High. We will be worshipping and hanging out with sever= al other area churches. Make plans to attend. Cost is $20.00 and must= be paid by February 10. Sign up in the Youth Room. =
Boys Backpacking Trip Mar= ch 17-20. Cost is $40.00. Participants must be in decent shape. Space= is limited. Please sign up in the Youth Room.

Pantry Needs<= /b>

This month and next, the Commun= ity Pantry has asked specifically for canned soup. In addition, they can al= ways use dry cereal, powdered milk, canned vegetables, baby food, and small bottles of hand sanitizer. They also appreciate grocery bags with handl= es. Please bring donations to the church office.
